Spring is a time of renewal, rebirth and rejuvenation – and a great time to focus on healthy eating to feel and look better for the warm weather.
To celebrate, Full House Organic Kitchen, New York’s only certified organic restaurant, is kicking off spring with an “Organic Overhaul” Challenge and free tasting event, to be held at 12 noon and 7 pm. on Wednesday, April 18th.
Guests will sample delicious 100% certified organic food prepared by Chef Dino Vlacich, enjoy a mini nutrition consultation with in-house registered dietician Melissa Callari and learn how to do their own 3, 5, 7 or 30-day Organic Overhaul.
Long Island’s favorite foodie influencer, Sal DiBenedetto – “The Grubfather” - will be on hand to share his personal experience and results with the Full House Organic Overhaul Challenge.
Melissa Callari will also discuss:
- How to Clear up Label Confusion: Learn the difference between “organic,” “certified organic,” “made with organic ingredients,” etc., to ensure you’re getting what you pay for.
- How to Boost Your immune System Through Your Microbiome: Learn all about gut health and its link to health and wellness, and sample an array of organic kombucha.
- How to incorporate an all-organic diet into your life. While the thought of going organic may seem like a Herculean task, the Full House Organic team can make it effortless.
Best of all, participants will have a chance to win a free customized 7-day meal plan, which includes a one-on-one session with Melissa.
